For a recipe you will require:
                    
an egg (albumen, slightly to fluff up) is 1 sht.  
dry sherry - 3 st.l. 
 vegetable butter - 5 st.l. 
corn-flour - 4 ch.l.  
salt - 1/4 ch.l. 
 duck breasts are 1/2 kg   
 hen clear soup are 150 ml  
soy-bean sauce - 3 st.l.  
spring onions are 6 sht.  
ginger (rubbed root) - 1 st.l.  
a garlic (to grind up) is 2 denticles 
 mushrooms (fresh, thinly to cut) are a 120g  
carrot (by a straw) - 3 sht.  
of broccoli is 250g  
chili - 1/8 ch.l.

To mix up an egg-white in a bowl, for to a 1 soupspoon of sherry and vegetable butter, 1 tea-spoon of corn-flour and polporcii salts. To add the strips of duck meat, cover a lid and to leave on 20 minutes, mixing.

To add mushrooms, carrot, broccoli, pounded chili and remaining salt and fry 1 minute. To infuse into clear soup mixture and take to boiling. For a recipe you will require:
                     
 broccoli - a 200g    
cabbage is Pekinese - a 450g    
kidney bean is leguminous green - a 150g   
bow is green - a 50g

soy-bean sauce - 2 st.l.    
wine is table - 2 st.l.    
butter is vegetable - 4 st.l.
