Rice soup with squid and peas

For this recipe you will need:

      squid (fillets) - 100g

     rice - 30g
     onions - 15g

     parsley (root) - 20g
     green peas (canned) - 30g
     butter - 20g
     salt
     spices - to taste
     greens - to taste.

Vegetables and cut into julienne Passer in butter. Squid process and cut into strips. In the boiling broth add browned vegetables, 10-15 minutes - pre cooked and washed rice, calamari, green peas, and cook soup until tender. When serving the soup with finely chopped greens.
