For this recipe you will need:
beef (brisket or a piece of the neck) - 500g

for the dumplings:
Potatoes - 5.

flour - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste.
Washed, cut into pieces of meat cover with cold water and put to boil. Remove the foam, lower clean carrot, onion, parsley root, salt and cook until cooked meat. As long as it is cooked, prepare dumplings. Boiled potatoes, boiled carrots and grate the onion, add the egg, melted butter, flour, salt, chopped herbs and mix. When the meat is cooked, strain the broth. To make sure that the dumplings do not spread out, cook a test dumpling (if spread out, add a lot of flour). Cooked dumplings with a spoon drop into the soup, cook on low heat for as long as the float to the surface. In the finished soup put boned, chopped boiled meat. In a soup bowl put the egg yolks with sour cream and chopped dill, pour the soup, stir and serve.
