Roast pork with mustard sauce

For this recipe you will need:

 

    
pork (chops) - 2.
    
honey - 3 tbsp
    
vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
    
mustard powder - 1 tsp

    garlic (crushed) - 1 clove.



Vegetable oil, garlic, honey and mustard powder thoroughly. Arrange the pieces of pork in a frying pan and pour prepared sauce. Put in the fridge for a day, occasionally turning pieces of meat.
The next day, remove the meat from the sauce and fry in the hot oven for 30-45 minutes. Simultaneously pan fry the potatoes and fill it with sauce.
